I. Technological Innovation and New Product Development
In Q2 2022, the company obtained 3 patent authorizations:
Enameling equipment for reactor enamel tanks;
Spiral porcelain base, heating elements, and heating assembly for electric heating enamel firing furnaces;
Magnetic beads for electric heating enamel furnaces.
Total patents to date: 53 national patents (8 invention patents). Additionally, 20 new patent applications were filed.
The R&D department completed the development of an automatic enameling project for dual-tank water heaters, including:
Manual enameling machine for dual-tank water heater liners;
Robot automatic enameling machine for dual-tank water heater liners;
Robot automatic enameling mixed-production gripper for dual-tank water heater liners;
Full-line automatic supporting system for the dual-tank water heater liner enameling production line.
Key equipment design drawings are complete, and trial production is underway.
II. Q2 Sales
The company secured 2 new orders for high-end configuration gas enameling production lines for water heater liners (including dual-tank models).
These automated, informatized, and intelligent enameling production lines for water heater liners:
Integrate over a decade of experience in the water heater industry;
Utilize multiple patented technologies;
Feature high automation/informatization/intelligence, low labor input, high efficiency, excellent production environment, high visibility for visits, low energy consumption, environmental friendliness, and compact footprint.
The gas enameling furnaces in these lines adopt:
Energy-efficient self-preheating burners with P-type radiant tubes (latest technology);
Imported high-temperature-resistant materials for P-type radiant tubes (core components);
Waste heat from furnaces for wet enameling drying, ensuring low comprehensive energy consumption and long service life.
Upon commissioning, they will set a new benchmark for advanced gas enameling production lines in the water heater industry.
III. Production, Installation, Commissioning, and Operation
Completed Projects:
01. Full-line operation of Laiyang Haier Smart Kitchen range hood accessories electrophoresis line.
02. Full-line operation of Zhengzhou Haier Electric Heating Phase II water heater shell pretreatment powder spraying line.
03. Full-line operation of Jipin Hardware oven enameling production line.
04. Full-line operation of Zhejiang Zhongguang Electric air-source heat pump water heater liner automatic online enameling line.
05. Full-line operation of Zhengzhou Haier Electric Heating Phase I automatic enameling line for water heater liners (P-type radiant tube natural gas heating).
Ongoing Projects:
06. Second shipment of Zhengzhou Haier Electric Heating Phase II robot automatic loading sandblasting and enameling lines for water heater liners.
07. Two water heater liner automatic sandblasting, enameling, drying, and firing lines completed and pending shipment/installation.
08. Commencement of production for dual-tank water heater liner automatic sandblasting, enameling, drying, and firing lines.
IV. Successful ISO9001:2015 Management System Recertification
In Q2, the company successfully passed the ISO9001:2015 management system review.
V. Completion of Hubei TIMS Industrial Park Phase II
Launched in December 2021, the Phase II construction in Xiaogan, Hubei, included:
Three new workshops: 2# and 3# workshops (7,310 m²), 5# workshop (2,600 m²).
Basic construction completed; interior decoration and acceptance ongoing.
