At 10:18 on July 12, the commissioning ceremony for the automated enamel liner production line in Zhongguang Electric Group's Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park (co-constructed by TIMS ) was held in Lishui, Zhejiang.

Partially constructed by TIMS , this automated enamel liner production line for air-source heat pump water heaters integrates the following processes:

Automatic robot loading after pre-welding

Automatic sandblasting of liners

Automatic inner surface enameling of liners

Automatic outer surface enameling of liners

Automatic enameling of lower end caps

Automatic drying

Automatic robot transfer to the firing line

Firing in a gas enameling furnace

Automatic robot unloading to the post-welding line
